My psychiatrist informed me that Xanax is only a "when necessary" drug instead of one taken on a regular basis. He wrote me a prescription for it, as well as a new Lexapro prescription.
I ordered a pair of Masai sneakers from a catalog this morning. The sneaker soles move around to simulate shifting earth, causing the foot and leg muscles to work harder.
