While at tonight's Primerica meeting, I remembered another two advantages I'd have for moving into a condo/townhouse.  I'd be able to call prospects for Primerica and my Web business during the morning without waking my dad or worrying about what he thinks of the businesses.  I also wouldn't have the embarassment about telling others (especially a date) that I live with my parents.

To help me save money, I'll look up the costs of my current phone/DSL service and Comcast's digital cable/high-speed Internet/long distance service.
