I had to turn off the police scanner at work because I was going insane.  My schedule this week has been screwed up because of all the evening meetings.  I want out of this rut.  It's bad enough I'm alone on Valentine's Day, but my current job situation prevents me from having any kind of social life.  

I keep having bouts of rage, even after I take my medication.  Maybe it's time I see my psychologist again.  I don't see myself getting better on my own, and I don't have anyone else I feel comfortable talking to.  If I can't afford a cruise, maybe I can find a less-expensive spa retreat vacation later this year.

I bought a heating pad after work today.  I put it on my bed a half-hour ago to warm it up.  I bought it because I didn't really want a full-size electric blanket.

I actually napped on the couch from around 8 or 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
