About an hour ago, I noticed the overnight reruns of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" have been brought back. They'll air at 3:35 a.m. where I live, replacing the Jay Leno reruns. Now all NBC needs to do is get rid of that hideous "Poker After Dark."

It looks like the Sunday morning DJ from KRCC won't be throwing a July 4th party this year. He's recovering from hernia surgery. He was doing well when I spoke with him a few days ago.

A while back, I said I wouldn't know if I would do the Halloween 2008 cruise or wait until January 2009. If I'm able to afford the Halloween cruise, along with the airfare and a custom-made costume, I found a site which has some great-looking animal costumes.

I didn't realize continental.com offered the "Bill Me Later" option. I went ahead and made my flight reservation for the cruise, and I won't have to make a payment for 90 days (I believe that will be October 2nd, give or take a couple of days.) Now I can concentrate on paying down the balance of the cruise.

I slept from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. today. I probably won't be able to sleep later tonight with all the fireworks going off. Since today is a holiday, the Primerica meeting normally held on Wednesdays will be held tomorrow.
