There was some rain and snow last night. Most of the snow had melted before noon.

As I feared, the furry artist whose Telegram account was frozen signed up again under a new name. The first thing this jerk did was give me another "surprise" artwork I didn't want or need.

The FoxTrot meet was held last night. I had missed the December meet, so this was the first time I had been to the meet's new location. The club is called #VYBE, and it's only a few blocks away from the now-closed Denver Sweet bar. The new bar has hot food, but I just had two Jack-and-cokes, along with some spicy snack mix from one of the vending machines.

I need to remember to clip my toenails more frequently. I had let them grow really long before cutting them today.

"That was fun. Let's never do that again."

The family friend from Pittsburgh is visiting for about 10 days. Since I only live just over a mile from my dad's house, the friend wanted me to try walking to the house instead of driving. I tried that today. I wasn't as out of breath as I thought I would be, but this is definitely something I don't want to do regularly.

The good news is my computer didn't freeze at all during today's Rabbit Hole. The bad news is I got the Blue Screen of Death about 15 minutes after the show. I'll have to do a scan later to see if anything needs to be updated.

My dad just e-mailed me saying the condo association hasn't received my monthly HOA payment. It turns out I had written the check and put it in the envelope but forgot to mail it. I looked around my condo, found the envelope and put it in the mail today.

UPDATE: Dad called saying I need to send an additional $22.67 to the condo association for a late fee. I had written another check and was ready to put that in the mail tonight when Dad called back. He said the association wouldn't charge me the late fee after all.

I got a DM on Telegram this morning from someone who said he found me on the Barq app. I don't use that app. This person is obviously just messaging random people. I have a notice on my Telegram profile in all caps saying "No DM's unless I know you." I'll just ignore this person.

When I was first contacted on Telegram months ago about getting furry art, I had received offers from three separate accounts. In January, I discovered two of the accounts were actually the same artist. Last night, the third account messaged me saying he was working on a ref sheet I never asked for. I found out this third account is the same person as the other two accounts because his name was on the Upwork payment account he used. It's really sad that someone feels they have to mislead people to get more business.

I forgot to mention this yesterday, but Bucktown Tiger (a.k.a. Josh Hill) was on the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament. He was tied for the lead with another player going into Final Jeopardy. Both players got their responses wrong and lost everything, giving the win to the third player.

I made copies of my will today. I don't have the key to my dad's safe deposit box, so I'll have to get that from him tomorrow.

The temperature actually got up to 70 degrees on Monday. Today will have a high around 46, then there will be 50s and low-60s the rest of the week.

I had a catering delivery today. I will pick up an Ozempic refill tomorrow.

I've applied to a position at Colorado Public Radio in Denver. Today I created a two-minute newscast as part of my audition.

I was supposed to have an online interview for a customer service position just now, but the interviewer never showed up. I also got an e-mail with a re-written version of my resume. I hope this version will be more successful for getting a job.

Dad asked me to pick up tonight's dinner from Costco. He asked me to get two of Costco's chicken bakes and a loaf of Italian bread.

"Grady, don't suck your teeth."

I picked up some Italian food today after doing DoorDash deliveries. I had an online coupon for a free pepperoni pizza with a $35 purchase. In addition to the pizza, I got a calzone, two cannoli and some tortellini. That should give me dinners for two or three days.

It snowed a little tonight. Contrary to the groundhog's prediction, Thursday through Monday will be more like Spring than Winter with highs in the upper-50s and low-60s.
