I started The Rabbit Hole an hour late today. I was supposed to pick up some groceries an hour before the show, but my pick-up order wasn't ready until 50 minutes later. The store refunded $5 of my bill for the delay. My computer froze during the pre-show, but everything was smooth afterward. I took JaSonic's advice and defragmented my laptop's hard drive after the show.

I haven't posted to my X (Twitter) account in about eight months. I updated my show information in the profile even though I mostly post to BlueSky now.

My fudge from Uranus Fudge Factory arrived tonight. I had some of the German chocolate fudge just now.

I ordered some fudge from the Uranus Fudge Factory just east of St. Robert, Missouri. I got orders of German chocolate fudge and red velvet fudge. I've wanted to visit the fudge factory in person since it's along Route 66, but I don't have any travel plans in the near future beyond driving to Denver for DenFur.

I've got a catering order tomorrow morning. I'll get a haircut after working out.

I'm glad the weather will be in the 40s this week and low-50s over the weekend. I haven't been going for walks the past few days due to the snow and extreme cold. One of the sidewalks in my dad's neighborhood is closed for construction. I'll need to take a different route for my walks.

I looked over my past Upwork and Fiverr contracts to make sure they're all paid. They are. If the artist who did my fursona art contacts me again claiming I haven't paid, I'll ask him for a link to the contract proving this. If he can't, I'll know he's lying, and I will block him.

Dad found a microwave that received great reviews on Target's web site. He said the microwave will be delivered to me on Friday.

A few days ago, an anonymous person made a big donation to my Ko-Fi account. I appreciate whoever did that since I'm now over a third of the way to buying a new laptop.

Unlike my current laptop, the computer I'm wanting to buy doesn't have a CD/DVD drive. However, I do have an external DVD drive I can use.

A local radio station posted on Facebook about an upcoming tour featuring ZZ Top and Dwight Yoakam. ZZ Top by themselves will be performing in March in Greeley, but that would be an almost three-hour drive for me.

I bought a bottle of multivitamins today since my nutritionist recommended it to help with healthy eating. I also got some Tums and toilet paper which I had run out of this week.

My DVD of "Weird Al" Yankovic's "The Compleat Al" arrived in the mail yesterday. I'll be watching it later this afternoon.

There is currently some light snow which started late this morning. The weather forecast says Colorado Springs should get 3-7 inches of snow today into Friday. I had a catering delivery this morning when the snow started falling.

I got myself an early birthday gift, though it won't be delivered until the day after my birthday. I was given a discount code for nuts.com to take 20% off my order with free shipping. I ordered a few different varieties of peanuts, along with some chocolate pretzels and fudge.

I got a few frozen dinners today. My dad didn't go to the Space Force Base commissary this week since it was closed Thursday for New Year's Day.

In addition to a new microwave and laptop computer, I need to eventually replace my cell phone. The phone's volume bar fell off some time ago, and the earpiece speaker for the phone part no longer works.

 I got a prescription for Ozempic this week. I will pick it up at Costco today after working out. I made an appointment with a nutritionist for next week.

UPDATE (7:30 PM): My catering order today had one error, but otherwise it was fantastic. The restaurant had forgotten one of the items, which wasn't discovered until I had made the delivery. Per the customer's request, I called the restaurant and asked them to give the customer a credit for the missing item. The customer gave me a $115 cash tip for the $800 order!

I've popped the cork on a bottle of brut sparkling wine for tonight. I really hope 2026 goes much better for me than 2025 did.
