Om-nom-nom

I had to fast overnight for a follow-up blood test today.  I was diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency during a previous test.  I was given a few weeks of prescription-strength Vitamin D tablets.  When those ran out, I took an over-the-counter supplement and ate more foods high in Vitamin D.  I just got home and finished some leftover tuna and pasta.

Computer problems early today had halted trading on Wall Street and grounded flights for United Airlines.  Several friends (both local and online) are traveling to Anthrocon this week, but I haven't seen any messages from furs who took United.
