Not as much overtime

Last year, KRCC began using a call center to handle parts of the fund drives, either when no phone volunteers are available or when all of our phone lines are busy. I signed up for four shifts originally designated for volunteers. The next day, I got an e-mail saying those shifts would be handled by the call center since I was the only one who signed up for them. I will be working a few extra hours in the studio on Saturday.
