Breakfast for lunch and dinner

I'm glad cereal has a nice long shelf life. With my frozen foods headed for the dumpster (along with my refrigerator,) I'm having to rely on a box of Cheerios for some of my meals. I noticed I still have a can of chicken and rice soup. I can also use DoorDash for other meals. If I go shopping, I may pick up some Hormel Compleats meals since those don't need to be refrigerated.

My dad had a cleaning company take out all the trash in my condo. They'll be cleaning and vacuuming it tomorrow. It will be nice to have more room to move around.
