So much to learn

I need to read the instruction manual for my new car's stereo. There's both a 1/8-inch input jack and a USB jack. I don't know if the USB jack is just for charging things or if it's also an input jack. I'll plug in one of the flash drives of music I used with my old stereo to see if it plays. I've set up the Bluetooth connection with my cell phone as well as Android Auto.

UPDATE: The USB slot is an input jack.
