Confidence dashed by a broken app

I messaged DoorDash today asking them to fix their delivery app. I'm required to upload a photo of the food for certain catering orders. During the past 3-4 deliveries, the app has been unable to upload my photos. I've had to spend 10-20 minutes on hold with their tech support to fix the problem. I'll just accept catering deliveries that don't require photos until DoorDash can fix what's broken.
I was supposed to meet with Vocational Rehab today to get help with starting a business or finding a job. The office appeared to be empty though its lights were on, and the front door was locked. None of the notices on the door indicated they were closed or had an emergency, so I left a phone message with them.
