Concerned about DenFur

jcollie719Seeing all the news about the company that runs DenFur has me worried. Colorado lost its previous furry convention, RMFC, in 2017 due to incidents involving the Furry Raiders (including some on the con staff.) DenFur was organized as a new start, though they had an alt-furry volunteer on staff during the first two years. Now some people say they are bailing on DenFur due to the information coming out about the organizer at Corgi Events.
I really don't want to lose another local convention. I also don't want this con or a potential replacement to fall into the hands of anyone who wants to undo the positive steps taken by the community to make DenFur safer for everyone.
(UPDATE: I contacted the convention through EventBrite and asked them to cancel and refund my ticket for this year.)
