After all the taxes, insurance payments, 401-K, etc. are taken out of my Metro and KRCC paychecks, I only make about $16,400 per year. I wish I could find a job that pays at least twice that.
Should I...
(a) put off today's "chores" (see previous post) until tomorrow,
(b) do them all today and skip the Primerica meeting, or
(c) just do a few of them today and the rest tomorrow?
I suppose if I take a morning nap which doesn't extend into an all-day nap, I could get some of the chores done and take another nap until 4:30.
So Mike Lewis of KRDO is a jerk to everyone. I thought it was just me, but I overheard my co-workers talking about how he's rude to them on the phone. About six years ago, I applied for a full-time opening at KRDO, but he gave me a temporary fill-in position. Since only working occasionally wasn't enough to supplement my income, I took another (part-time) opportunity at KRCC. KRDO basically fired me since I was no longer available for overnight shifts. They didn't call me and officially say I was fired, but I know I didn't quit.
