Sep. 2nd, 2006 04:50 amI found the bidder's CD, but now I've misplaced my checkbook. I had to use cash to pay this week's loan payment. I'll bring more of my magazines to work to reduce the amount of trash in my room, meaning I won't have to move as much of it around to locate the checkbook. I normally leave it on my dresser, but it's not there or on the floor near it.
I'm trying to avoid using my credit card this weekend, but my car was running on empty. I spent just under $25 on gas, which got me about two-thirds of a tank. Thankfully gas prices have come down a bit. The express payment I scheduled last week didn't get posted in time to make the final cruise payment Friday. The company said it would try again on Tuesday. The card balance is still about $30 above what I need for the cruise, but I'll make another $90 payment Monday -- risking a negative account balance if my web business payment clears -- just to be safe and begin the road to rebuilding my accounts (again.) I've also scheduled a $75 MasterCard payment for this Friday. I may reduce that amount or delay it to avoid an overdraft.
Speaking of the web business, I GOT MY FIRST PAYING CLIENT! I need another client in order to become "income qualified" (i.e. to begin earning commissions off of my future client's sales.)
