Take off your coat, real slow...

165 days until the cruise! A few days ago, I found the "furrycruise" group on LJ. I wish I could afford that one and my Halloween cruise. Hopefully I'll be able to take the furry cruise in a year or two. I've hit another plateau when it comes to weight loss. When I go to check the mail from now on, I'll take a walk around the community instead of just going straight to the mailbox and back.

I exercised, and it didn't kill me!

I actually did the exercise I said I'd do today. I originally planned to take a shortcut, which would have been about 0.2 miles, but I decided to take the long way for a half-mile walk.

Next time, I'll have to remember to take an allergy medication. I felt all right this time, but that's no guarantee I won't be stuffy or sneezing in the future.
