Oct. 22nd, 2017 10:25 amI got a call from the "weather lady" this morning. I hadn't heard from her Saturday or last week, so I wasn't sure if she was busy, sick or just slept in.
I went to Mother Muff's in Old Colorado City last night with a Happy Hour meetup group. This restaurant and bar used to be called Meadow Muffins, which was the name it had the last time I went. This place still has many of the old dishes like the "Jiffy Burger," a bacon cheeseburger with peanut butter. I had an order of green chili cheese fries, then a Jiffy Burger with sweet potato fries and a large mug of Strongbow cider. Two people at the meetup were wearing unicorn kigurumis. They were apologetic about it, but everyone liked them. I showed them a picture of me in my panda kigurumi, and one of them said "We almost got the panda!" My stomach was slightly upset on the drive home due to all of the food. I took some Tums and Alka Seltzer once I got home. Steelwoulfe's game night featured the newly-released games from Jackbox, including Fibbage 3 and the "dating" game Monster Seeking Monster.
