Missing the middle

I need to remember to buy more foods from Noom's yellow list, meaning to enjoy moderate amounts. For the past two days, I've only been eating foods on the green and red lists. I have a list of some the yellow frozen foods and fast food items I like and will get more of those in the coming week. I especially need more yellow snacks like YoCrunch yogurt with mini M&Ms.
