Saturday Fiesta

My nacho chicken pie turned out pretty good. I didn't realize the recipe also had a high-altitude version, so I'll try that the next time I make this dish. A thundershower moved through the city a few hours before Saturday's party, but the skies had cleared by the time the party began. The homeowners have a golden retriever puppy named Willow who was very sweet. The guests brought all types of yummy Mexican food, including a couple who made sopapilla cheesecakes. I found a recipe for that dish online and might make it for the furry pride party next weekend.

Not quite as fluffy

I got my haircut this morning after putting it off for about two weeks. I picked up my lunch and dinner afterward from Panera Bread. I got some Summer Corn Chowder with a baguette for lunch, and the Baja Bowl with a cucumber salad for dinner.
