Bed gravity is increasing
Nov. 3rd, 2021 04:03 pmI got my car's oil changed today, then picked up a new extension cord to use at OA meetings. My local group began having hybrid meetings this week, with members meeting in person and online. I brought my travel laptop to host the Zoom portion online. Next week I will bring some external speakers. Zoom was hard to hear even with my laptop's volume all the way up.

The Paxil I'm taking for depression isn't really more or less effective than the generic Zoloft I took previously. My weighted blanket is helping with sleeping better and being less anxious, but the depression wants to just keep me in bed. I'm looking for a way to become self-employed, but I can't do it alone and I don't know who I can turn to for help. I hope I can afford to retire by age 65, though I'd love to reach that point at least a few years before.
