The night the lights went out in Colorado

I moved up my electrician appointment to Monday morning. The power in part of my kitchen, living room and bedroom is completely out. Thankfully, my fridge and microwave are still running. I ordered a UPS battery to pick up after dinner and will also get a few battery-powered tap lights.

UPDATE (6:30 PM): Well, the lights came back on when I got home from dinner, though they're still flickering. They stopped flickering a few minutes later, then started again when I tried to run the washing machine.
