The night the lights went out in Colorado

jcollie719I moved up my electrician appointment to Monday morning. The power in part of my kitchen, living room and bedroom is completely out. Thankfully, my fridge and microwave are still running. I ordered a UPS battery to pick up after dinner and will also get a few battery-powered tap lights.
UPDATE (6:30 PM): Well, the lights came back on when I got home from dinner, though they're still flickering. They stopped flickering a few minutes later, then started again when I tried to run the washing machine.
