Tappy?

Yesterday, I played some of the old sound bites stored on my iMac. One of them was the theme to a cartoon called "Tappy Cat." Even though the artist's site is still up at http://www.tappycat.com , I can't find the original cartoon (the one containing the theme song) anywhere. I can barely even remember what it was about, other than Tappy bought a gigantic bed and he thinks his friend/slave Pete the mouse is gay. I think there was also a Conan O'Brien reference in it when Tappy said "Nee-ha!"
