Heading to bed early

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, so I thought I'd try to contact the unemployment office when it opens at 7:30 to see if I can get through. I made an online request for a new PIN, but I want to ask if the new PIN could either be given over the phone or delivered before Friday (or if my claim can be unlocked.) With all the bills I have coming due, I'd hate to forfeit this week's pay.
