A furrier Halloween!

jcollie719130 days until Furry Fiesta! I reserved my hotel room Friday. Most (if not all) of my next unemployment check will go toward paying the deductible for my car repair. I should be able to continue saving up for Furry Fiesta after that, though. The 4-night room stay plus tax is about $403.
Earlier this year, my unemployment benefits expired about 4 weeks prior to Furry Fiesta. I've been keeping a closer eye on my benefits this time around and the Department of Labor has added more ways to check my available funds and apply for extensions online. I'm hoping to have a new job before next February, so I hope I don't run into the same financial trouble.
I'll be going to a furry party in Denver the night before Halloween, then I'll join a couple of the furries I met last month for the "Boo At The Zoo" event on Halloween.
