I need to reset my sleep clock
Jul. 18th, 2011 12:17 pmI slept in way too long this morning. I think this was mainly caused by both the hot weather and Sunday morning's lack of sleep. I need to learn how to sleep when it's noisy because the fans running and/or one of the windows being open also kept me from falling asleep.
I double-checked my calendar to make sure I didn't have any appointments today. I didn't want to repeat last Monday's memory lapse. I just have an Overeaters Anonymous meeting tonight, but I have plenty of time before then.
Emotion-wise, yesterday was a marked improvement over last Sunday. I still had occasional ADD-like bouts where I'd get up and walk around during the Funday Pawpet Show, but I wasn't extremely moody.
