I'm on the last page of the notebook I've used to track my eating for the past year and a half. When I started, each day usually took up anywhere from a half to a whole page since I listed every detail about my day and diet. After a while, I stopped listing the zero-calorie items like water and diet soda to save space.

Weekly calorie average: 1,918.6

Days above 2,000 calories: 2 (2,210 and 2,010.)

I bought a few frozen dinners Saturday afternoon so I wouldn't run out of food during the week. I also bought a box of low-fat cookies. Despite having the box near me all day, I managed to limit myself to only two cookies.
