I tried to get my sleep schedule back to normal Wednesday night. I took a sleeping pill and fell asleep around 11 PM, but I woke again at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. I got up for a while then took a 90-minute nap around noon.
I didn't realize my generic Prozac prescription had no refills left. I asked the pharmacy to contact my doctor about getting another refill. Hopefully I can get one in time for RMFC. I still have enough generic Xanax to last until at least a week after RMFC. If I can't get a refill, I'll just buy a bottle of Happy Camper.
