My sleep reset button needs a new battery

jcollie719My sleep pattern has gotten wacky again. I slept well last night and got up around 10 AM, but I felt tired again a few hours later and took a three-hour nap. I don't have a Toastmasters meeting this week due to Memorial Day on Monday.
Two Meetup groups I'm in are meeting at the same time and location Thursday night. Drinking Liberally meets every fourth Thursday of the month at the bar above La Baguette in Old Colorado City. A singles group also scheduled a meet there this month. (UPDATE: I didn't feel like going out due to the heavy rain and hail earlier.)
