Getting back on track

After forgetting to do this for a few months, I've resumed keeping a food log. Instead of counting calories, my goal is to keep better track of everything I eat and drink, including zero-calorie things like water and diet soda. I previously left off the water/soda to save space. Now I'm making sure I drink enough water during the day.
I actually felt completely clean after my shower today. I took the time to make sure I thoroughly washed myself instead of rushing through the process as I often do.
I went through the rest of my old mail and found the remaining tax documents I need.
