jcollie719Okay, THAT's why! The VCR I brought from home was set up for output on channel 4 instead of channel 3. I get a picture now, but the recording heads must need cleaning because a giant patch of static appears across most of the picture. Adjusting the tracking didn't solve the problem. I'll bring my head-cleaning cassette to work on Monday to see if it can fix the problem. After my accounts recover, I'll bring the work VCR to a repair shop.
