jcollie719There was a police standoff down the street from Dad's house Friday afternoon. Dad said the suspect was wanted for something drug-related and refused to surrender. I had to take a different route to and from dinner due to parts of Oro Blanco being blocked off.
I will need to write a check for $17 to pay for state taxes I owe. Dad said I would get around $3,800 back from my federal return. Most of that money is from having ACA insurance, so I will likely take a huge hit on next year's taxes without my ACA.
I won't go into many details here, but I received a complaint two weeks ago regarding the volume of certain announcements played during my radio shift. I turned down the announcements' volume today and backed away from the microphone more, but the same person now claims the volume was even louder.
