I need to watch Cinder Collie's streams more often. Cinder is a registered nurse (and border collie) who lives in Virginia. He usually starts his streams with something educational followed by gaming. His stream today discussed the effects of nicotine and tobacco, but he also discussed sleep cycles. I took notes of his sleep tips and will hopefully put them to good use from now on. Two of the major points were how a sleep cycle typically lasts 90 minutes, and why using the snooze button on an alarm is worse for sleep.
I was on the waitlist for a meetup tomorrow at a bar near my home. A spot opened up, so I'll be able to go.
I will pick up my birthday breakfast tomorrow at the Denver Biscuit Company. I'm still in my 40s for another 30 hours! (Technically 28 since I was born on the East Coast.)
