jcollie719I accidentally locked myself out of my condo Sunday afternoon. I forgot to put my condo and car keys in my pocket when I went to take out the garbage. I normally do a check before leaving of "keys, keys, phone, wallet and (when needed) jacket." I sometimes jokingly add "pants" to the list, though I've never forgotten those. As I get older, I guess it doesn't hurt to double-check that.
My dad has a spare key, though he said he wouldn't be home for an hour. I waited on my back porch for a bit then took an Uber ride to Dad's house. I had to cancel the GrubHub block I signed up for. I was still able to pick up my dinner from Jose Muldoon's after I got back into my condo to get my keys. I ordered two "Voodoo chicken" tacos and two chile rellenos.
