I got an EAS message on my cell phone about a tornado warning until 3 PM today. Right now, I hear rain and thunder outside, but no strong winds. Tornadoes aren't very common where I live. If one actually heads my way, I can just take shelter in the bathroom.

I recently bought some melatonin gummies to help improve my sleep. I had been getting a great night's sleep taking two of the gummies. I just took one last night to see how effective it would be, but I kept waking up. The correct dose for me is definitely two gummies.
