Really bad timing

My refrigerator broke down. I first noticed something was wrong today when a bottle of ice I keep in the freezer had melted. The thermometer in the fridge is down in the "spoilage" range. I thought about plugging in my mini fridge, but it's too late for the food I have. Now I've got a week's worth of food that will need to be either eaten quickly or thrown away. I really didn't need this to happen right now with everything else going on in my life.
