Now THAT was a date!

jcollie719My date and I met at the movie theater to see "Wild Hogs." With the mixed reviews the movie got, I was afraid it would suck, but it was hilarious! I won't spoil the entire movie for people who haven't seen it, but it's about four middle-aged motorcycle riders who decide to go on a road trip to the Pacific as a break from their everyday lives.
I think the date went very well. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I had during past dates, and I wasn't struggling to find things to say. Before the movie, we went to the theater's arcade and played a car racing video game. (They've come a LONG way since Pole Position!) She told me she had spent the past few years in South Carolina, where I was born.
I'm a little tired this morning, mainly because I woke up about a half-hour before I normally do. I thought my alarm was going off, but it was Mom's monitor alarm to let Dad know she needed her lungs to be suctioned. Mom's still doing well and I hope she continues to recover.
