I need to remember to put on sunscreen before attending outdoor events. I tried to stay in the shade during the potluck, but the backyard of the house faces west and there was no shade. I ducked inside a few times to limit exposure. I'm still roasted.

I have an appointment with my psychiatrist in a few weeks. I'll ask him if he can switch me to Xanax since others have told me it works better for social anxiety.

The good news is: My toothache is gone!
