Too much work stress!!!

jcollie719For the second morning in a row, I became so stressed and panicky which caused me to scream "God damn it, I hate this!" At least it's Tuesday, so I don't have to go to sleep earlier than usual. I'll probably just take a Unisom around 12:30 so I can get a real good night's sleep.
Thankfully, I haven't had any panic or anxiety attacks while in my new condo, mainly because it's just me and Grandma moving stuff in, measuring, cleaning, etc. I hope it can remain a sanctuary from stress, since I will have more privacy and I don't have to worry about being in anyone's way or disturbing anyone (other than my upstairs neighbor, but I don't plan on being that loud!)
I ordered a new TV for myself. The condo bedroom has a TV mount on the wall, so I'll put my current TV there and use the new TV in the living room.
