Slow but relaxing work shifts

 I've done a couple of two-hour phone shifts at KRCC this week. I didn't get any pledge calls yesterday, but I got a couple of pledges today. I also helped a caller determine the name of a band he heard on the station last night. One more caller told me the station has become "a hapless member of the corporatocracy." (He was polite about it, though.) One of the employees brought his border collie, Marvin, to the studio.
