Spicing up my day

My car was due for an oil change. I brought it to Jiffy Lube on Tuesday after my therapy appointment. I got a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch at Jack In The Box afterward.

Lighter morning

 
This morning, my bathroom scale had a reading I haven't seen in several years: 299.6 pounds! Yes, that's less than half a pound below 300 and having a light meal will put me above 300 again, but this was a goal I wanted to reach before the end of the year. I'm actually surprised I lost weight since I had fast food with actual meat for lunch yesterday. I guess the exercise I got with DoorDash deliveries afterward helped burn off some of those calories.
