Working over-over-overtime

The biggest pet peeve about working at KRCC is that people call the studio when I'm scheduled to go on the air. The shows I play on a normal weekend have scheduled breaks at 18, 38 and 58-1/2 minutes after the hour, and the blue phone light comes on in the seconds before I turn the mic on. The phones were much more active than usual today with people buying tickets to Ira Glass and Blues Under The Bridge. I finally found the order slips used for ticket orders, so I no longer have to tell people to call back or visit on Monday.

I'm doing 2-1/2 weekends worth of air shifts this weekend alone! I've got another 75-100 minutes left on my extended shift today.
