Late caller

jcollie719I've been using my debit card for more purchases so I can keep more money in my regular accounts and avoid charging things to my credit card.
A couple more resumes are in the mail.
Okay, I got a call a few minutes ago from someone who just hung up when I answered. According to the Caller ID, it was the American Lung Association in New York (where it's currently 10:48 P.M.) Is it just me, or is that way too late to be calling someone? I got a recording when I called them back, but it allowed me to have my number removed from their database.
EDIT: After looking up other complaints about the number, it appears to be a scammer posing as the American Lung Association. I reported the call to the Do Not Call List folks and the Federal Trade Commission.
