The KRCC membership drive wrapped up around 11 AM today. The station had about $23,000 left to raise when the day started, and they got it down below $8,000 by the time I got home around 9 AM. Thank you to everyone who pledged! The T-shirt design shown above actually reminded me of the Matthew Ebel song "A Cautionary Tail."
My body likes to play tricks on me. Somehow my body convinced my brain I needed a nap around noon. However, the condo maintenance crew had fired up their leaf blowers, trimmers and other noisy equipment around that time, so my nap was on-and-off for about an hour.
