Another opportunity

jcollie719I called my credit union yesterday about the check and overdraft fee which put a negative balance in my account. Apparently whoever cleared the payment didn't know my dad's account was set up to cover overdrafts. The credit union reimbursed me for the $25 fee.
I've got a job interview scheduled tomorrow for a position that's both closer to home and pays better. If hired, I'd be a dining facility attendant at Fort Carson. This job by itself would pay over $18,000 per year (over $24,000 when combined with KRCC) and it would give me health insurance once again! There are two shifts available: 6 AM-1 PM and 1-8 PM. I hope I can get the morning shift.
UPDATE: I just realized I'll have to either quit Toastmasters or find a club which meets later in the day (I believe there's a few others near me.) The club I'm in meets noon-1 PM on Fridays. I usually arrive early and stay a bit late since I'm the club's Sergeant-At-Arms.
