Note to self: Never show up on time for a furry event. Arrive later when more folks will be there.

The Foxtrot meet was fun, although I don't know if I'd be able to afford driving up to Fort Collins every time. I wish there were more furry meets closer to Colorado Springs. At the moment, the closest meet to me is AuroraFurs.

I need to learn how to loosen up and relax. I was really uptight last night since (a) I didn't personally know anyone at the furry meet, and (b) I'm usually nervous in new surroundings. At least I took the initiative to go out on the dance floor a few times. I really need to put more effort into making friends.
