Getting (my condo) in shape

jcollie719Tino won't be in tonight, so I'll sleep in until 4:30 this morning.
During Oh! Pawpets, I was bemoaning the fact that there aren't any fur meets I'm aware of in Colorado Springs. Someone in the chat room asked why I don't start my own. The reason I gave was that I live in a condo with neighbors above and beside me, and others a short distance away in other buildings. There are other reasons I didn't give, including my current lack of furniture (I hope to remedy that soon after working at my new job for a while) and being messy in general (I'm slowly cleaning up, though.) Also, I'm worried I'd bore my guests to death. I don't have an Xbox, PlayStation or other game equipment and I don't take part in things like Second Life, D&D, etc. My idea of gaming is more along the lines of Monopoly. I love music and movies but, again, the close proximity of my neighbors would limit the volume of these.
