A white (scalp) Christmas?

jcollie719I haven't heard back from the job rehab folks I met a few weeks ago. I left a message for one of them just now to check how things were going.
The stores I've been to so far are out of Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo. A sign at Walgreens stated shipping delays from the supplier could keep the shampoo out of stock until at least the end of the year.
I looked on a few websites to order Nizoral. One site said Johnson & Johnson has discontinued making the shampoo. Another said J&J switched manufacturers, and the hold-up is due to needing to change the labels to reflect this. Nizoral did a much better job of controlling my dandruff than the other commercial shampoos. If you see some extra white flakes on the ground this winter, that isn't snow!
I ordered a 2-pack of Nizoral at the Amazon Marketplace site. When I see the doctor in a few weeks, I'll ask if I can get a Nizoral/Ketaconazole prescription. I'm sure the price I'd pay at the pharmacy would be less than the $32/bottle I paid online (including shipping.)
