Second chance to make a first impression

I finally reached the person I was supposed to contact about a job interview. She'll send me a card that is supposedly to let security know I'm there for an interview. The last time I applied for a job at this company, the security guards directed me around to enter/exit through a side door. I arrived at around 1:40 for a 2:00 appointment. I was kept waiting until 2:45 before I was called into the training room, then the staff ignored me for about 20 minutes after I tried to tell them I had finished the computer test. During a separate face-to-face interview, the interviewer was very snotty and accused me of saying I hated the job (I never said that.) I hope the interview this time will be more punctual and professional. The pay isn't quite as much as I'd hoped for, but it's much better than what I'm currently making on weekends.
