For the past few weeks, my Internet connection had been flaky when trying to play audio and video streams. I called Century Link to see if there was a problem with either my WiFi connection or the modem, but those checked out fine. Unplugging the modem for a couple of minutes and plugging it back in seems to have solved the problem, aside from an occasional hiccup. Previously, I had only unplugged the modem for about 10 seconds or pressed the reset button. Now I can enjoy my online shows for more than a few seconds at a time.
