One of the NPR satellites at KRCC didn't come on after the 6 a.m. news, so I wound up playing about an hour of jazz in place of the first hour of Weekend Edition. One listener called in saying he liked the songs I picked.
I've been trying to find a low-priced HDTV receiver on eBay. The auction I'm participating in ends in just over 3 hours, so I hope my maximum bid stands.
