Actually making meals
Jan. 12th, 2018 11:14 pmI packed and refrigerated the meals I plan to bring to work Saturday. I packed a couple of roast beef sandwiches with the rest of my pepper jack cheese, along with some frozen waffles and butter. I'll go shopping for more frozen meals after work on Sunday.
I'm paying 40% more for my health insurance this year, going from $288/month to $403. It's still affordable for me, though not as much as before. Unless I find a second job or get a nice raise at my current job, any future insurance increases might not be affordable without some minor sacrifices (e.g. fewer online subscriptions, fewer vacations, canceling or cheaper package on cable TV.)
I had forgotten to put my washed clothes in the dryer this morning. Late night washing/drying sessions make me wish I lived in a regular house instead of a condo.
